How Connxess Uses AI

At Connxess, we use AI as a practical support tool to help us work smarter, move faster and give clients better value from the time they invest with us.

AI helps us with things like planning, research, meeting transcription, content structure, first drafts, process mapping, workflow ideas, summaries, templates and internal productivity.

Used properly, AI can reduce time spent on repetitive tasks and help us create more useful starting points, clearer notes and better organised information. That means more of our time can be focused on understanding the client, improving the detail, checking quality and getting work done.

For clients, this can mean:

However, AI does not replace the human part of our work.

Every client-facing piece of work is reviewed by a person before it is shared, published or acted on. We check the accuracy, tone, relevance and quality so the final output reflects the client’s business, audience and objectives.

We do not use AI to make final decisions on behalf of clients. We do not upload sensitive client information into public AI tools without appropriate permission or safeguards. We also do not use AI to create misleading claims, fake testimonials or unverified advice.
